Who sells
nchova is made by Forcelab (VAT IT14481340967). Pro is sold through Polar, which sells on our behalf (merchant of record): payment, invoice and VAT follow Polar’s terms of sale.
Free
nchova is free to download. The first 30 days include everything Pro has. After that it stays free with Apple’s models, for as long as you want, and nothing you made in the meantime is lost.
Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase: €29.99, VAT included, no subscription. It is a personal licence to use Pro on up to 3 Macs at a time, with no expiry. To move it to another Mac, deactivate it on the old one from Settings › Licence.
Updates
Every update is included, for as long as nchova gets updates.
Refunds
If Pro is not for you, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we refund it in full, no questions asked. The licence ends with the refund.
Using the licence
The licence is yours: please do not share the key, resell it, or work around the licence check.
Recording calls
nchova transcribes calls, the other people’s voices included. Where the law asks for it, it is up to you to tell the people you talk to that you are transcribing.
No guarantees
Transcripts and notes are made automatically and can contain mistakes, especially in names: check what matters before you rely on it. As far as the law allows, nchova comes as it is, without warranties, and Forcelab is not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms follow Italian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published here with its date. What you have already bought keeps the terms it was bought with.
